RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care or beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
